What We Can Do For You

CAD ( Computer Aided Design) Services varying from mechanical design to sculpting. We emphasize  the use of DFAM ( design for additive manufacturing/ 3d printing) to ensure prototype quality, eliminating support structures, reducing production time and cost of 3d printing

FDM ( Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D Printing is a method where material is extruded from the nozzle on the build plate of the 3d printer. FDM 3d printing is extremely versatile as it is compatible with a wide range of materials like PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, CARBON FIBRE, PEEK, ULTEM, NYLON and many more.

SLA 3D Printing ( Stereolithography) is also known as resin 3d printing. It uses UV lasers to selectively trace and cure the resin layer by layer. It is also known for its extremely precise, detailed and smooth finishes. It is compatible with resins and other resin composites.
DLP and LCD are other 3d printing processes similar to SLA and belong to vat photopolymerization family.

SLS 3D Printing ( Selective Laser Sintering and Direct Metal Laser sintering) work on the same principles. The difference is that SLS 3D Printing works with polyamide polymers ( Nylon PA12 ) while DMLS works with metal alloys. This technology has several benefits in terms of achieving both quality and durability but it may add to the cost.

Why Choose 3D Printing?

  • Greater scope for Design and Customization.

  • Ideate or Re-invent.

  • Leverage cloud manufacturing to scale with demand and reap the benefits of efficient production.

  • Reduction in Part Count Assembly.

  • Mitigating Inventory Reduction and Tackling Supply Chain Challenges.

  • Intricate Inner inner channeling required in the product.

  • Light weighting of a product.

  • 3D Printing is 100% sustainable approach.

  • Use of advanced materials that are accessible through 3d printing.

  • Harnessing the Power of DFAM (Design for Additive manufacturing).

  • Bringing your prototypes faster to the market.
